AIAN
It had been a while since I visited the Australian Independent Artists Network, but I'm glad I did. They have over 50 artists on their roster and a very well executed web page.
You can hear RealAudio samples of their artists and more.

Swerve Records
SWERVE Records have recently updated their web site and sent some amazing new material to us from Bloom, Little Murders and Quincey Mclean.

W. Minc
Sometimes I am really bad at getting information up here on the web site and at others I'm really good. We have been playing material from the W.Minc label for quite sometime and they are really worth checking out. Run by Steve Miller and Graham Lee, the label was responsible to putting out the very great "Where Joy Kills Sorrow" album featuring a whole bunch of your favorite twang artists (and others). Click the logo and check out the site. If there's one thing you should know I rarely do anything justice by description. See for yourself.

Miles From Nowhere
A great (and hard-working) Australian band that are not disimilar to Canada's The Barenaked Ladies.
In other words, the lads in Miles from Nowhere have a great sense of humour and are musical geniuses.
Check out there web site and see when they'll be in your town.

Noise For Heros
I was pointed to the NoiseForHeros label by Rob from the LIttle Murders after the site profiled the band. A very neat place with some great interviews and reviews of antipodean acts of all shapes and sizes.
